TMFR ONLINE TRAIN THE TRAINERS PROVIDES DETAILED TRAINING FOR TRAINERS WISHING TO IMPLEMENT THE TMFR MOVEMENT SYSTEM FOR THE HEALTH AND WELL BEING OF FIRST RESPONDERS IN THEIR AREA. TMFR TRAINING IS OFFERED ON THE SPECIFIC DATES BELOW. IF DIFFERENT DATES AND TIMES ARE REQUIRED, CONTACT JANE HENSON at INFO@TACTICALMOVEMENT.ORG PRIOR TO SIGNING UP. BY THE END OF TRAINING, SEVERAL TMFR CLASSES ARE IN PLACE AND ATTENDEES WILL BE CERTIFIED TO TEACH AND CREATE THEIR OWN TMFR MOVEMENT PRACTICES FOR THEIR LOCAL FIRST RESPONDERS.

Gain in-depth knowledge of breath and its effect on the mind and body and how first responders benefit from proper tactical breathing to reduce stress and remain calm in chaotic environments.
Understand the yang v. yin concept and how it intertwines with TMFR to provide balance, focus, awareness, mindfulness and resilience in first responders.
Learn TMFR tactics specifically designed to benefit first responder’s health and well-being.
Obtain knowledge of movement, its benefits on the body and how it specifically benefits first responder’s health and well-being.
Learn posture and alignment during yang, breath and yin cycles in order to teach effectively and properly therefore reducing injury within the teaching environment.
Learn proper sequencing of postures to provide the excellent standard of care and service expected in TMFR related classes.
