TMFR Practice Manual
Tactical Movement for First Responders was developed and created by Jane Henson to meet the specific health and wellness needs of first responders. TMFR is designed with a focus on injury prevention and career longevity. Utilizing the specific TFMR tactics, first responders can practice movement in 15 short minutes that will benefit them throughout their entire shift.
Tactical movement combines tactical breathing techniques with stretching postures designed to enhance the physical agility and well being of first responders. TFMR has been shown to increase focus and problem solving abilities as well as heighten situational awareness. It has helped optimize job performance. Processing stress leads to growth instead of depletion. It strengthens mental and physical resilience.
